• Question: How much is your fee?

  Answer: We have just launched this site, so it is free After that, we will consider charging a small membership fee for premium members, and still have a free version. However, you are not locked into paying if you sign up now. When we introduce a premium membership fee, you can choose whether to remain as a free member, or pay to become a premium member.

• Question: How much does it cost to advertise on this site?

  Answer: To post a job is absolutely free so you don`t need to pay hundreds of dollars to find staff.

• Question: Are my bank details safe.

  Answer: Signing up now for a free account does not mean you will be charged anything. We will not charge you without your permission. We ask for your bank details so you can be paid by employers when you get a job through this system. Your bank details will only be shown to your employer so they can deposit funds straight into your bank account. On a more general note, nobody can access your actual money in your bank account without your I.D. or ATM pin number, which we do not have on our system, and will never ask for.

• Question: Why didn`t I get the job

  Answer: There could be a number of reasons. Such as your profile could be incomplete, or you might not be the right person for the job.

• Question: How do I accept a Job

  Answer: To accept a job once registered with CHS 1. Click on search Jobs on the control panel. 2. Click on (Chef for example) 3. Click on the Job heading . 4. View the job and click apply. 5. Write a short message to the employer. 6. Then click on apply. 7. When an employer has seen your details,they will send an invitation back with more details . 8. To find out if you have the job go to Job status on your control panel and click accept. 9. Now your invoice will be active and you will be payed within 7 working days.

• Question: How does my invoice work once I have completed the job.

  Answer: The invoice system is calculated automatically. 1.Click on invoice . 2.Send invoice. 3.Select the days you worked click submit. 4.Enter the Times from start to finish ,breaks and rate per hour a short note and GST if eligible. and click preview. 5.once the system has calculated all your hours click send and you will be payed within 7 days .

• Question: How much is SMS

  Answer: Our SMS service is a premium service for serious job hunters. The jobs we connect you with usually pay more than you would normally be paid - about $6 per hour more. On a daily shift, our jobs pay you about $50 more than normal. So there is a charge for this premium service, of $1 per SMS job notification that you receive on your mobile phone. You can buy a pre-paid amount of SMS notifications, in blocks of 20 or 50.
